Recent earthquake in Myanmar(Burma)

Image
A recent 7.7 magnitude earthquake has caused a devastating effect in central Myanmar, including Mandalay, Sagaing and other cities.  There are reports that the majority of the buildings in Mandalay were damaged or collapsed due to the earthquake. People were also afraid to go back to their homes due to the aftershock effects.  With the temperature of approximately 100F during day time, people in the affected areas are in need of clean water, food and shelter during this time.  Because of the generous donors, Friends of Burma was able to send some help through the local organizations.  Please consider helping in the effort to help people who are in need.

One of the facilities sent them to the vocational training programs, such as (1) Computer training (2)Language(English, Japan) (3) Pre School Teacher's training (4) Nurse Aid/Health Care training (5) Violin for the young children (6) Training for Office works and how to take care of the young children at home.
